Epicor provides industry-specific software for over 20,000 customers in 150 countries. Punch! was tasked with promoting Epicor’s ERP solution ‘BisTrack’ to key influencers in the builders’ merchants industry in a fun and creative way.

SOLUTION

Punch! established that the major challenges encountered in the builders merchant industry today, included the struggle for greater visibility of stock levels, and the pressures of meeting customer demand.

Punch! developed a campaign theme centred around the ‘Three Little Pigs’ fairy tale, but twisted the story to resonate with the audience. What if the pigs couldn’t build homes from bricks because their builders’ merchant didn’t meet demand?

A Three Little Pigs comic strip fairy tale was designed, and sent to 60 influencers in the industry alongside an Epicor branded hamper filled with pig-themed treats. This was followed up with email driving contacts to a bespoke landing page housing a personalised video that encouraged prospects to meet an Epicor team member at their local restaurant for breakfast.
